Blenders of the hand held variety are quicker and easier to wash up if you are short on time. You can make up your smoothies at night or in the morning, and take them with you during the day in containers and a cool bag. By introducing smoothies into your weight loss diet you will discover an easy and convenient way of consuming low calorie meals.
